Have you review iProfile since it updated? It looks like they have addressed a lot of the candidate focused issues you outline in this article.

I just had a similar experience to the original reviewer...import of CV is messy, very messy. Cut and paste from Word to try and clear it up doesn't work (it gets the formatting wrong in ways that can't be corrected! In the end I had to go from Word to Notepad to iProfile, what a pain!)
Additionally - I have a generic CV that I use for things like this - but I make alterations for specific opportunities (to highlight the things the employer is looking for). Not sure if this is possible with iProfile.
It's a good idea though, shame about the implementation.
